Each session is thoughtfully designed around your individual needs—whether you are addressing stress, working toward specific goals, or deepening your practice through refined movement and postures, breathwork, or meditation. Scheduling and location are flexible, with options for in-studio, in-home, travel, or special events.

Mary’s one-to-one and group sessions provide careful pacing and guidance that group classes cannot offer. This individualized format supports beginners, experienced practitioners and those with unique circumstances who are seeking focused wellness, recovery, or mindful support.

For individuals seeking focused, therapeutic guidance for chronic physical or emotional discomfort, Yoga Therapy sessions are the most appropriate and supportive option.
