Sound Bath Meditation

Experience a restorative sound bath designed to help your nervous system settle and your body rest deeply. Listen and feel the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and subtle percussion. These layered tones support a meditative state and encourage whole-body relaxation.

As the sounds unfold, they help quiet mental activity and guide the brain toward slower, more receptive states associated with relaxation and inner awareness. This gentle shift can ease muscular tension, calm the stress response, and support the body’s innate capacity for balance and healing.

A supportive space is prepared for each participant to rest comfortably, lying down on the floor with blankets and cushions provided for padding and warmth. You are welcome to bring any additional items that help you feel at ease. A couple of ergonomic chairs are available upon request.
