Training Overview

Experience the transformative practice of Usui Reiki in a supportive, small-group setting. This Level 1 training guides students in cultivating awareness of life-force energy, developing self-healing skills, and confidently offering Reiki to others.

Training blends traditional Reiki instruction with gentle Qigong exercises that help students sense, regulate, and harmonize energetic flow. This experiential approach deepens understanding of subtle energy while supporting personal healing and grounded presence.

This training follows the Usui Reiki method, a traditional and widely respected lineage of Reiki.

The Inner Quest Yoga Approach

At Inner Quest Yoga, Reiki is taught through an integrative approach inspired by internal energy cultivation practices. Students learn to feel and understand energy through movement, breath awareness, meditation, and hands-on Reiki practice.

Training emphasizes calm presence, intuitive listening, and sustainable energetic boundaries while supporting personal healing and professional growth.

Training Format

Course Details & Tuition

Training Hours:
Live Group Training, 8 hrs. - Offer as a full day, two half-days or a weekend immersion (includes one hour zoom follow-up session)

Private or Semi-Private Training, 4 hrs. - Appointments available Spring, Fall & Winter

Group Size:
Four - eight participants for personalized instruction

Prerequisites:
None - everyone welcome.

Tuition:
$250 - Group Session (Early bird rate $225 booked and paid in full by 10/30)
$300 - 1:1 Private Training Level 1 or $275 Semi-private (2 people)
$75 non-refundable deposit @ registration, balance due when you arrive for your training.
Payment via cash, check, or Zelle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know life can be unpredictable. Due to the intimate size of our in-person Reiki Level 1 training (limited to 6 students). We limit class sizes to ensure personalized attention. Because materials are prepared in advance and last-minute spots are difficult to fill, the following policy applies::

  • Deposits: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations 14+ Days Before Class: You will receive a full refund of your tuition, minus the non-refundable deposit. Alternatively, you can transfer 100% of your payment to a future training date at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations 3 to 13 Days Before Class: No refunds will be issued. However, your payment (minus the deposit) can be applied as a credit toward a future Reiki Level 1 training within the next 12 months.

  • Cancellations Under 72 Hours & No-Shows: All tuition fees are completely forfeited. Because materials have already been printed and your spot cannot be filled by someone on the waitlist, no refunds or transfers are available.

  • Instructor Cancellations: If the class is canceled by the instructor due to low enrollment, illness, or emergencies, you will receive a 100% full refund (including your deposit) or the option to transfer to the next available date.
