The 75-Hour Structural Yoga Specialty Certification is an advanced training pathway for yoga teachers seeking to deepen their understanding of anatomy-based yoga and confidently teach body-region-focused Structural Yoga classes. This specialty training supports the development of advanced skills in anatomy-informed class design, functional movement understanding, and themed Structural Yoga instruction. Through individualized mentoring, guided study, and practicum experience, teachers learn to translate functional anatomy into clear, accessible class offerings while refining sequencing, cueing, and overall teaching clarity. The program is designed to support progressive learning and meaningful integration into each teacher’s unique teaching style.

75-Hour Structural Yoga Specialty Certificate Includes:

25 Contact Hours
• One-on-one mentoring sessions
• Direct training and teaching guidance
• Class design and sequencing development
• Functional anatomy application and cueing refinement

50 Non-Contact & Practicum Hours
• Personal study and integration
• Practice teaching and class development
• Assigned observation and self-reflection
• Completion of themed Structural Yoga class practicum requirements

Eligibility & Completion

This certification is open to yoga teachers who hold a 200-hour certification or higher.

Completion requires fulfillment of mentoring contact hours, practicum development, and final class integration.
The program is self-paced and designed to support integration within each teacher’s existing teaching schedule.

Graduates receive a 75-Hour Structural Yoga Specialty Certificate through Inner Quest Yoga.
