Small Group Yoga Classes - In-Studio & Virtual

These small group classes (limited to 10 participants) are rooted in Structural Yoga, a therapeutic, hatha-based approach that emphasizes safe, functional movement and adaptations to support specific benefits and individual needs. Through mindful slow flow practice, participants build strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and balance while learning to move in ways that respect the body’s natural structure. Classes include guided relaxation and meditation, with clear anatomical cueing and modifications so each student can practice at their own pace. Beginners are welcome, and no prior yoga experience or flexibility is required.

Drop-in:
$20 - 75 min. classes: Tuesday & Thursday | 9 AM

Making payment for a single class:
Pay with cash or check upon arrival,

Discount Cards:
5 class pass $80 - Expires in 60 days
10 class pass $150 - Expires in 90 days
