Structural Yoga® Therapy

Adapting to the Individual

Structural Yoga® Therapy is a therapeutic approach that applies yoga principles through the lens of functional anatomy and movement science to support balance, strength, and pain relief. Rather than applying standardized poses, this method responds to the individual structure and movement patterns of each person.

Through careful observation of posture and movement, areas of imbalance or restriction are identified and addressed with targeted, modified yoga practices. Sessions may include specific movements and adaptations designed to improve joint function, restore muscular balance, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.

This precise, client-centered approach offers a thoughtful way to work with pain, injury, or long-standing movement patterns by aligning yoga practice with how the body actually moves and functions.

Initial Visit:
90 minutes: $130

Session includes consultation, movement assessment, individualized instruction, and a customized home practice.

Subsequent Visits:
75 minutes: $105

Most clients find, three to four sessions provide the techniques and understanding needed to continue an independent practice. Follow-up sessions available as desired.
